About Erika

The only limits we put on the reality we experience are the ones in our minds and those can be removed, habits can be changed a new possibilities can be explored until they become ” realistic “. We are all very unique, resourceful, deserving and able to create the life we really, really want with all the bells and whistles. Through coaching, I help people realize these facts and actively pursue a lifestyle they have always dreamed of having.

“Quit apologizing for your greatness. If people can’t handle your light… Hand them a pair of shades.” Lisa Nichols

The picture above represents the Lifestyle I was able to create for my own self and that I love. Coaching my clients from places like Costa Rica (which is where this picture was taken) and working “from my cool office by the pool” while dipping my feet in the water is my reality now. Creating a career that combines working and play, while traveling to exotic places you always wanted to go at the same time is possible, and I am the proof of it. It’s one of the things I am the most proud of looking back at my life.

Living a Dream

It feels amazing to have all this freedom to travel and a career that I love at the same time. Here is a little peek into my lifestyle today while traveling around the world with the man I love. Recently a good friend of mine launched an interesting project called Creative couples. I had the pleasure to join this fun project  with my boyfriend Michael. This idea exploits love; love for your partner, work and lifestyle. We all have the power to create the life that truly reflects on who we are, our purpose and our desires.

My Story

I was born and raised in Slovakia – beautiful little country in the heart of Europe, which has greatly effected the way I see the world and my core values. At the age of 18, I decided to travel and left my home land all excited to find out what the future will bring. I moved to very exciting London, England and my life has never been the same since.

After living and working in UK for two years I moved to Vancouver, BC in Canada and fell in love with the wonderful energy of this city and the healthy lifestyle it offers. Just like everyone else trying to live my life the best way I could, I faced challenges along the way. About 7 years ago my world came tumbling down in all areas of my life. The relationship I was in for 2 years ended. I was 25, exhausted and heart broken, my job situation was a struggle and was quite confused about life and what what I wanted from it. With very little money in my bank account on the top of it, I found myself starting all over again. And then the faith striked and something amazing happened.

Four months later I knew that it was the best investment I have ever made as I was experiencing one of the happiest times of my life. This was also a beginning of my search for the answers to my questions I had about how we create the circumstances of our lives, our relationships and every little experience we have along the way.

“When you make a choice, you change the future.” ~ Deepak Chopra

The question was : “How much are we involved in creating the life we live?”. The journey was long and interesting, paved by many books, seminars and personal experiences teaching me more and more one step at the time. At the end of this journey I had the tools to create the life I wanted – life full of passion, fun and purpose and now I am sharing these tools with my clients and people I meet that want the same. Through extensive use of technology, I can now offer coaching sessions to anyone, anywhere. My clients come from all over the world and we have regular meetings on Skype. I love my job. If you are interested in exploring these ideas, get in touch with me.

“Never complain. Never explain.” Katharine Hepburn

This quote I love really embodies the attitude I like to maintain each day. It’s simple but if I follow these two rules, I actually maintain my integrity in life as a person and a Life coach.

Here is a photo gallery that well defines my philosophy on life and what is important to my today. I hope you will visit my blog again. Have an amazing day!
