What we focus on expands

Applying and respecting the Law of Attraction principal is at the core of my Coaching practice. Over the years I have seen my own life as well as my client’s lives being turned around in record time by just using this simple concept. Through developing new habits of thinking, focusing and taking action I help my clients to become in control of their life experience.

Here is one of the best explanation of the Law of Attraction from one of the best teachers on the planet right now – Abraham Hicks:

” We don’t attract what we want, we attract who we are “. Unknown.

This is the best, most simple definition of Law of Attraction I have ever heard. It also explains the biggest misconceptions about this powerful, universal law. Its is not enough to think and say what we want (this is why affirmations sometimes don’t take an effect as we wish), we literally have to become what we desire and take action from this state of being.

The Universe reflecting on Your State of Being

For example, if we want to become loved and appreciated we have to be a person who is loving and appreciating towards others as well as to our selves. When we put out this signal and we are consistent we get the corresponding consistent change we have been desiring. While there is more to this concept of how our universe is being organized around our focus every day, that is a good start.

Intentional Manifesting

It took about 8 years, many books, seminars and self discovery to get  my own answers. Through exploring and testing the ideas out there presented by people like Luise Hay, Joe Vitale, Abraham Hicks,Wayne Dyer, Sonia Choquette, John Assaraf, Anthony Robbins, Eckhart Tolle, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden I eventually started to understand The Law of Attraction and most importantly became able to use this law to manifest intentionally.

And here is what I KNOW now.

The fact is that we are 100% involved in and responsible for the creation of all of our experiences. Our thoughts and emotions are reflected in the world around us constantly and manifesting the life we live every day.

The   Law of  Attraction The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the universe ! And it has been co-creating your life with you every minute of your every day whether you are consciously aware of it not. It has been attending to your state of being that is determined by your thoughts and emotions and what you focus on often and consistently.

Choosing Our Thoughts and Emotional Inteligence

As I said earlier we are 100% involved in and responsible for the creation of all of our experiences. This information can be overwhelming at first. It definitely was for me.

But here is the good news: We can learn how to choose our thought and balance our emotions ! The type of coaching I offer to my clients is supplying them with effective tools to develop beneficial habits of thinking and motivates them to make changes and take actions to establish their new lifestyle that truly reflects on who they are and their desires.

This is one of my favorite quotes and it talks about the power of our perception or assumptions we make out of habit or fear sometimes. The Law of attraction matches these assumptions that over time can become very firm beliefs with corresponding experiences. All this happens so we could be constantly aware of what our thoughts, our focus and beliefs as well as our habits of emotional responding to our environment. This simple law/universal mechanism is consistent way of having a valuable feedback so we could change/ tweak our choice of thoughts and the way we focus to manifest our preferred reality intentionally.

John Assaraf on the Law of Attraction

John Assaraf is one of my favorite book authors and LOA experts. You can find many of his videos on utube and his book Having it all is a great choice of read if you like to expand your knowledge on this topic. Also his personal story is very inspiring.

Here it goes:

  • # 1. Law of Attraction is just a Universal Reflecting Mechanism

Your thoughts and emotions are reflected in the world around you constantly and attracting the corresponding experiences of your daily life. This universal law is only reflecting on YOUR PERCEPTION of the current reality you are experiencing. Your perception meaning: the way you see the world around you and the way you FEEL about your place in it.

What you put out is what you get back

The Law of Attraction doesn’t reward or punishes anyone. It just reflects on your present thought process and focus through the  manifestations of your daily life. You could say that it is always lovingly embracing who you are, never questioning your choice of thought.

  • # 2. You attract from Your State of Being

The Law of Attraction is the attractive, magnetic power of the Universe that draws similar energies together. And this is the part that creates confusion for people. We don’t always attract what we say we want.

Words vs Vibration

The universe doesn’t listen to your words, it reacts to YOUR VIBRATION/ YOUR STATE OF BEING – mental, emotional and energetic! You say: what? My vibration? Yes! Your vibration (electromagnetic frequency/signal you give out, that’s unique to you in each moment) is made out of your current thoughts and belief systems as well as your emotional state.

As I mention above :” We don’t attract what we want, we attract who we are “. To fully understand this, you need to establish one awareness first. And it is s simple fact that you are an energy being as today’s science proofs.

You are an Energy Being

You have an energy body and it is your manifesting power. This body constantly changes due to your though process, changing emotional states and is greatly effected by your beliefs system- chronic patterns of thinking and reacting in each situation. Your beliefs system is a program, a software (if you would compare your mind to a pretty fancy computer) that starts running as soon as you open your eyes each morning. It is playing the main role in creating your daily reality through your expectation. It is the base for your decision-making when taking actions.   • # 3. Knowing Your Belief  System is a must!

Without knowing what your core beliefs are about money, relationships, success etc… you are short of the most powerful tools to transform your life.

Your beliefs are creating expectations that are always matched by the universe with the corresponding experiences. What are our beliefs? These are just thoughts that we have repeatedly and over time they become habits of reacting in certain situation. Many beliefs are being passed on from generation to generation and we attain them very early on as children from our parents, teachers…It is very important we CHOOSE our beliefs as all beliefs are being respected by The Law of Attraction. So choose wisely.

Removing Your  Limiting Beliefs

Our beliefs are the reason to take a certain type of action in each situation. This often results in experience that only confirms our beliefs and this process is repeated over and over again creating what feels like the same reality. Different places, different faces but the experiences and the outcomes are pretty much the same until we change our belief system. This is the effect of the alignment John Assaraf is talking about. The eternal symphony at the core of the process of manifestation – Your beliefs aligned with your goals and your actions.

How do I find out what my belief system is?

The first step to become aware of your belief system is to become aware of your daily actions and how you behave in different situations. They are a very accurate indication of your subconscious beliefs. It can be a long process, but it’s most definitely very rewarding.

Here is an example: I didn’t speak up at the meeting because I believe, that my boss doesn’t value my advice. The beliefs that need to be examined and replaced are: Other people don’t value me and my opinions. People don’t listen to me. I don’t trust other people to not put me down and reject me, when I speak my mind. These beliefs need to be replaced by other beliefs that actually support me.

Out with the Old (and Limiting) and In with the New

With my clients I go through a process of clearing, which weeds out and realigns their belief system in the area of their life they are desiring to change. One of the clearing methods is the Tapping technique or EFT, that is quite popular, easy to learn and apply. The results are individual ( as we all have different belief systems holding us back), but I do recommend to try this technique. What to do to leverage the power of the Law of Attraction?

This is a comment I found on utube. It describes very common dilemma people have about the Law of Attraction: I am really confused, is the law about taking actions or thinking thoughts that can become true like magic???? The truth is: it’s both ! We are a focusing machine that can create a frequency/vibration strong and consistent enough to manifest/ attract whatever we want. But there is couple of things to be aware of and do before we can enjoy the fruits of our labor.

5 Simple steps to intentional manifesting

  1. Get very clear and specific on what you want. I speak about CLARITY in one of my blog articles if you like want to learn more.
  2. Make sure your belief system is supporting your other efforts (your words and actions) to manifest the desired outcome.
  3. Be aware of your focus and carefully choose your thoughts when you think about a subject, as they create an expectation- very strong energy as I mentioned. Please, see my other article to learn more about this subject.
  4. Create a strong emotion that is supporting and matching your BENEFICIAL belief system, your thoughts and focus. Your emotional state is the engine behind the manifestation.
  5. Take action that compliments these above mentioned efforts and confirms your core beliefs to clearly say where you stand and to create the coherence/ symphony  that John Assaraf is talking about.

Most people today create their reality by default, unaware and relying on what we call luck. This is why many people today work so hard not creating the consistent results they are hoping for.

Law of Attraction life style

Stop hoping and start EXPECTING what you want. The most wonderful thing that comes with a good knowledge of this powerful universal law is the feeling of freedom that you will experience after intentionally creating opportunities and life circumstances. It also made me realize that we all have the same chances at success and happiness, great relationships, excellent health and everything else we want. Its a great feeling, when you dump blame and jealousy. Trust me! I will leave you with a famous quote from Albert Einstein.
