IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMER, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THIS SITE OR RECEIVE COACHING SERVICES FROM SUNERA OR ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM. THE SITE IS INTENDED TO BE INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL ONLY.
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your use of the site, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstances.
Description of services
Sunera and ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM provides personal Coaching to individuals and groups. The client is aware that Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy.
Coaching involves a willing relationship between the client and the Coach in which the client provides information, the Coach listens to the client, and the Coach reflects information back to the client. The Coach is there to teach a client strategies to become personally empowered.
By choosing our Coaching services each client chooses to go on a spiritual and emotional journey that maybe challenging at times. Client is fully and solely responsible for their own emotional, psychological and physical well-being during the course of the Coaching process.
The client takes full responsibility in the decisions they make after being Coached as well as the consequences. The client enters into Coaching with full understanding that she/he is responsible for creating her/his own results. Coaching results may vary with each individual client.
Client is fully and solely responsible for all information provided to the Coach, all information reflected back to the client by the Coach, and all client decisions, actions or inactions resulting from or relating to the Coaching experience.
Confidentiality
All information shared for billing or for Coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. Your personally identifiable information is never sold, traded, or given away.
Recordings of Skype Coaching, mentoring and consulting sessions
Client or Coach is not permitted to record Coaching, mentoring or consulting calls without a written permission of the other party.
Skype Coaching, mentoring and consulting sessions
By entering the Coaching contract client understands and agrees that Sunera and ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM has no control over Skype, which is a third party provider of telecommunication technology. Sunera and ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM does not have operational control over either the services offered by Skype or the computers used by the Coach (or client) to access Skype, and thus cannot guarantee the security of Coaching sessions conducted via Skype.
Right of Refusal
Sunera and ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for Coaching services, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. In the event that the service is listed at an incorrect price, ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If your account has been already charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund for the unused services. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Payment and Refund Policy
Some products, programs, and services may be held at discounted/sale/early-bird prices at various times throughout the year or not at all. Discounted prices for general public sales are only valid during posted start/end dates. No exceptions.
Single Coaching sessions
There are no refunds on single sessions if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time.
Private Coaching Programs
Participants in one-on-one, ongoing Coaching programs who do not want to continue may cancel out of the program within 14 days of the first Coaching session. This applies to Coaching programs consisting of 3 or more Coaching session. Refunds will be made within 30 days following the receipt of written requests.
After 14 days period (of the first Coaching session) no refunds will be given although the unused/ remaining sessions can be saved up to 24 months from the starting date of the Coaching program purchased. Unused sessions may also be gifted to a friend or a family member presuming I deem that person is suitable for Life Coaching.
This policy is applied to fully honor client’s desire to make progress without excuses or giving up too soon, knowing that she/he must do your her/ his part too.
It is clients responsibility to ensure that they have made all necessary enquiries to ensure that the services of ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM are suited to their needs. This means that once the contract for Coaching services has been entered into, the client will be liable for Coaching fees regardless of the subsequent early termination of the services or the discovery subsequent to the contract being formed and the client’s needs are unsuited to ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM Coaching services.
There are rare times when a client, due to inappropriate behaviour or lack of action/engagement in the program will be released from a Coaching program. So please only sign up for private Coaching if you are ready, willing and eager to actively engage in the program and ” do the work”.
In the case of client being released from the program, we may decide on case by case basis to offer a refund as a gesture of good will.
Bonus Coaching sessions
Bonuses do not qualify for refund.
Mentoring and Consulting services
Participants in one-on-one, ongoing mentoring or consulting programs who do not want to continue may cancel out of the program within 7 days of the first mentoring/consulting session. After 7 days period (of the first mentoring or consulting session) no refunds will be given.
There are no refunds for single mentoring or consulting session if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled session time.
Bonus Mentoring and Consulting services
Bonuses do not qualify for refund.
Website launch mentoring packages
Sunera and ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM will provide NO REFUNDS for mentoring or consulting service portions of the packages unless canceled 48 hours prior the first scheduled mentoring/consulting session.
Website installation – service provided by subcontracted ONEWEBSITE.CA portion of the package qualifies for refund only if the website installation has not been initiated in any way and ONEWEBSITE.CA services have not yet been used/involved to deliver the specific package. Standart $ 45 refund processing fee applies.
Standard refund process
Unless otherwise noted, all refunds for Coaching, mentoring or consulting services will be refunded via PayPal. Refunds will be made within 30 days following the receipt of written requests for refund. Standard $ 45 fee will be applied to process all refunds.
ERIKADOLNACKOVA.COM reserves the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.
